THF Realty Leads the Way on Futuristic New Playground at Maplewood-Richmond Heights Elementary School
THF Realty is giving back to the younger generation of Maplewood-Richmond Heights Elementary School. The city of Maplewood is home to THF Realty's $110 million dollar Maplewood Commons Center.
THF played a significant role in making the "one of a kind" futuristic playground a reality by chairing the business fundraising committee. THF donated money to fund the "playground project."

What makes this playground so different? For starters, there are no swings, slides or anything you have seen in your local park. This playground features an array of spinning, balancing and climbing equipment that provides a "dynamic, imaginative environment where kids can climb, spin, balance and most importantly, have a lot of fun", said Linda Hencke, Superintendent of the Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District. "This project could not have become a reality without the help of our wonderful new business neighbors", said Hencke. "We are part of the Maplewood community with our Maplewood Commons shopping center and when we heard the school needed money to add a playground, we did what any good neighbor would do, we pitched in", said Michael Staenberg.
