Andy Boyd
Senior Asset Manager

Based in Charleston, West Virginia, Andy manages the THF Realty eastern operations, including over 5 million square feet of retail space in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and South Carolina. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations and management of 21 shopping centers as well as budgetary and fiscal monitoring of each center.

Prior to his employment with THF Realty, Andy worked in the West Virginia Development Office, a public/private organization charged with promoting and developing economic development projects within the state. Before returning to West Virginia, Andy worked with a real estate developer in the Washington DC metropolitan area, as an asset manager. He supervised the planning, development and construction of three planned developments totaling over 2,000 residential lots and one million square feet of commercial property.

Andy received his undergraduate degree in business administration from West Virginia University and his master's degree in planning and urban development from the University of Virginia.
