Ian Siberman has been with THF since its inception in 1991. His development and leasing skills have brought to life more than five million square feet in projects spanning nine states. He has leased more than a third of the space at THF's two million-square-foot Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, Mo. the largest shopping center in the region. Locally, he has also advanced development and leasing at projects in Wentzville, O'Fallon, Mo., Maplewood, Bridgton and Belleville, Ill. He is highly skilled in all facets of development, including planning, zoning, design of public improvements, tax increment financing, and move in of anchor tenants.

Ian is actively engaged in the community through the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. He has also served in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis (MS) as a member of the MS Advisory Board.
