General Counsel

Mike is a graduate of St. Louis University Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of St. Louis University. He began his career in 1982 as an attorney at Lewis & Rice in the commercial litigation, municipal law and estate planning areas. He then joined The May Department Stores Company where he negotiated leases with national and regional tenants, became involved in various aspects of shopping center development and was also responsible for the real estate matters for several of the company's shopping centers. In 1992, Mike joined Hycel Properties Co., a privately held shopping center developer, as General Counsel.

Mike joined THF Realty in 1998. He is responsible for all real estate operational issues, retail and office leasing, acquisition and divestiture of real estate, and the management of a myriad of real estate challenges for several growing organizations. Mike is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the American Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
