Rose Weckherlin is Director of Construction Roof Management Services, managing a 7 person staff. She also oversees the management of approximately 4,500,000 square feet of retail space in the St. Louis Metro Area. Rose joined THF in 1991 as one of the original THF employees. She has handled numerous property types in her career. Prior to joining THF, Rose spent 5 years with Leo Eisenberg Company as an Asset Manager. Leo Eisenberg was at one time the largest real estate development company in the country, and Rose handled significant growth in her portfolio while at Eisenberg. Prior to Eisenberg, Rose spent 13 years with The Kroger Company, where she handled various aspects of real estate management and lease administration. Rose considers one of her greatest career accomplishments to be her ability to take a property from its final stages of development into stabilization. She does this through tried and true execution of her sound property management practices and principles, most of which she has developed herself. Rose is a member of the Board of Directors of SSDN, a not-for-profit organization promoting community well-being. |
